Program purpose
Dune Point Technologies SMS Operator Alerts is used by Joseph Beeker, the authorized system administrator and operator, to receive real-time operational alerts, system status updates, and interactive backend execution confirmations regarding private self-hosted trading infrastructure.
Opt-in process
The authorized operator opts in through the Dune Point Technologies SMS Operator Alerts consent page at /sms-operator-alerts. The operator enters a mobile number and affirmatively checks an unchecked consent box acknowledging recurring operational SMS alerts, variable message frequency, message and data rates, HELP instructions, STOP opt-out instructions, and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The backend execution framework sends messages only to a verified, allowlisted operator number.
Opt-out and help instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the sending number. After STOP is received, Dune Point Technologies will send an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages. Reply START to rejoin if the number remains authorized. Reply HELP for assistance.
Fees and frequency
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from Dune Point Technologies and to Dune Point Technologies from you. Message frequency varies based on infrastructure health metrics, execution-runtime status, trading infrastructure events, and operator-initiated commands.
Eligibility and use restrictions
The program is intended only for the authorized private operator. It is not a public subscription service, marketing list, customer notification product, investment advisory service, brokerage service, or trading-signal distribution channel.
